****Before submitting an application please read all about price and payment process. Please take the time to submit a full application. One liners or short applications will not be accepted.
We ask these questions to assure our pups are getting the best homes possible. So please be thorough with your application. Thorough applications show us how interested and serious you are!
Please, before reaching out and going through this process, make sure everyone in your household is in agreement of a new fur baby.
We do require a $50.00, to keep you on a line for our future available puppies, non-refundable fee to submit an application. ONLY FOR FIRST TIME BYERS!
One litter born October 20 2023, from my co breeder (Cinnamon @ Tank).
*Our puppies are not made available for deposit until at least 3-4 weeks of age after they are evaluated and we see that they are healthy and nursing good, If you are interested in a puppy in our nursery, you can submit an application to become approved and stay on our contact list to be kept updated on them, If we do not have what you're looking for, you can submit an application in advanced to be kept updated on future litters.

We decide to make our waiting list . We do require a $50.00 non-refundable fee to submit an application, to keep you on a line for our future available puppies , this will work as waiting list for new customers

PRICE INFORMATION :
Our prices range from $3000 to $7000. Prices vary depending on the overall quality and size of the puppy. We may occasionally have puppies priced below $3000 . Prices are determined after puppies are born and evaluated. We hold onto our puppies until they are at least 3-4 weeks old to evaluate and price. A newborn puppy's features can change a lot as they grow, and anything can happen at that age. We like to make sure our puppies are healthy, evaluated, and priced correctly before taking deposits.
Puppies charting extra small (2-3 lbs) are in the higher end of the price range which is usually $5200.00 and up.
These babies require a ton of extra time and care . Hand-feeding around the clock, lots of sleepless nights and tears go into raising these tiny babies.
NO AKC PAPER ! Price listed as pet only!
"limited" AKC registration (not for breeding and show) after proof of spaying or neutering from your veterinarian. *This is required on my contract in writing.
Full AKC for breeding and show, may be available to approved homes only for addition $2000.00-2500.00 to pet price (no guarantee on breeding and show quality on young puppy).
Prices on the Available Puppies page can change at any time as long as a deposit has not yet been received. Our price range can also change at any time.
Shipping with a flying pet nanny is now $450-$650 within the US to any major airport. Free pick up from Las Vegas, Nevada. I will meet you anywhere in Las Vegas : airport ,any place near strip or in my house (Tropicana @ Durango)

When your puppy are ready to leave at new home, all will have vaccinations record, deworming and vet exam. Our puppies are socialized and already good with their potty training.

These are NOT kennel dogs! Our chi parents are very sweet and loved as our family and so are our puppies. Our puppies are raised as kids . They are well socialized and pre-spoiled. They start their potty training (on a tray) from 3.5-4 weeks old. We do not sell to pet stores or brokers.
